1. About These Terms
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of this website and any purchase of digital products or services from Stylentra Identity Flow Ltd, registered in England and Wales, 50 Princes Street, Ipswich, Suffolk, IP1 1RJ, United Kingdom. By placing an order or using our website, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time; the version in effect at the time of your order governs that transaction.
2. Digital Products
Our digital products — including brand kits, typography systems, layout frameworks, profile identity packs, and website section kits — are delivered electronically to the email address provided at purchase, following successful payment. Products are delivered as documented identity systems. Unless explicitly stated in the product description, they are not supplied as editable source files in any specific software format. Products are intended for use by the purchasing business or individual in connection with their own digital identity. Resale, sublicensing, or redistribution to third parties is not permitted under the standard product licence.
3. Services
Adaptation services are delivered within the timeframes stated on our Services page, unless a different timeline is agreed in writing before work commences. All service projects begin with a scoping stage confirming deliverables, timeline, and price in writing; work does not commence until scope is confirmed and payment is received. Each service includes one revision round within the agreed scope. Additional revisions or out-of-scope requests will be treated as new work and priced accordingly. You are responsible for providing accurate information during scoping; delays caused by inaccurate client-supplied information are not our responsibility.
4. Ordering and Payment
All prices are displayed in GBP and are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. VAT will be applied where required under UK legislation. Digital product orders are paid in full at the time of order. Service projects require full payment in advance before work commences, unless otherwise agreed in writing. If purchasing from outside the UK, your payment provider may apply currency conversion or international transaction fees; these are outside our control and are your responsibility.
5. Licence and Intellectual Property
Upon purchase of a digital product or delivery of a completed service, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the delivered materials for your own business or personal digital identity purposes across your own digital platforms. This licence does not permit resale or redistribution of kit contents as standalone products; sublicensing to third parties; use in template marketplaces or as the basis for commercial design products sold to multiple end users; or removal of any attribution notices specified in the identity guide. All underlying intellectual property in our brand kit structures, documentation formats, and system architectures remains the property of Stylentra Identity Flow Ltd. Third-party assets included in any kit — such as fonts distributed under open licences — are subject to their own licence terms, documented in the kit's identity guide.
6. Refunds and Cancellations
Digital products are non-refundable once delivered, in accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which exclude digital content from the right to cancel where download has commenced with the consumer's prior consent. If you cancel a service project before work has commenced, we will refund your payment in full; cancellation requests must be submitted by email. If work has already commenced, we will refund the value of the unworked portion based on time spent. If a completed service materially fails to meet the agreed written specification, we will provide one additional revision round at no charge; if the issue cannot be resolved, we will negotiate a partial refund proportional to the unmet work.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any order or service engagement shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the relevant product or service. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special losses — including loss of profit, loss of data, or reputational damage — arising from your use of our products or services. We do not guarantee any specific business outcome resulting from use of our products or services. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our website or delivered materials for any unlawful purpose; to represent our brand kit structures as your own proprietary design methodology or resell them as original design products; to attempt to circumvent any technical measures protecting our content or systems; to provide false or misleading information during ordering or scoping. We reserve the right to cancel orders and revoke licences where these terms are breached.
9. Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
